Your teen will begin a transformational journey intended to enable them to identify and unlock their own inherent gifts and potential. They will be paired with a Maven Mentor trained to walk with them through the journey.

During the journey they will explore their own purpose, self-belief, setting objectives, solution finding, persistence, social skills, careers, community involvement among others. A monthly monitoring and evaluation framework is used for quality assurance for all stakeholders. Whilst a recognition award will be presented at the end of the year it is acknowledged that the mentoring relationship is enduring and likely to fruitfully continue for years to come.
